TANKOA S801 Vespucci

You are the world’s most beautiful ship!

In 1962 a radio exchange was reported in the Mediterranean between USS Independence aircraft carrier and the Amerigo Vespucci, Italian sailing ship:

EXCELLENCE AT SEA

Designing Tankoa S801 was a long process. We wanted to avoid the “wedding cake” effect too often seen in modern yacht design.
We also wanted her superstructure style to be airy and reminiscent of the Amerigo Vespucci’s sailing rig.
Beautiful, outstanding and unique. Tankoa S801 Vespucci is our tribute to the fascination inspired by the the Italian Navy 80-meter sailing ship build in 1931. An inspiration that fed our desire to explore new avenues in our quest for unique style.
Her wide body, 13,50-meter, and harmoniously balanced decks allow to maximise enjoyment of both interior and exterior. Tankoa S801 invites you to experience a unique symbiosis with the environment.
Her 2,600 GRT volume will make her a splendour with living spaces you did not even think could exist.
Like sails in the wind, all decks seem to be floating, suspended between the sea and the sky. A true performance for a vessel with a 2,600 Gross Tons volume.
