The change of Corporate Name

Today, in Milan, before the Notary Public Dr. Roberto Cellina, a extraordinary Shareholders’ meeting has taken place also in order to decide the change of Corporate Name: from MEDITERRANEAN YACHT SERVICES S.r.l., to TANKOA YACHTS S.p.A., increasing the fully paid-in corporate capital to Euro 1.000.000,00, and, in so doing, meeting yet another main goal of extreme importance to the Industrial Plan set out by the new Company Management.

All the other corporate details remain unchanged.
