S65-11 job nr. C101

On 10^th July 2008, at 11:00, before the Genoa Notary Public Rosetta Gessaga, the Shipping Company Representatives and the C.E.O., Mr. Euro Contenti, have signed the contract for the construction and sale of the Shipyard very first displacement unit: S65-11 job nr. C101.

This is a luxury mega yacht for commercial use with the following main characteristics:

Length overall: 65m
Breadth: 11,60m
High tensile steel hull
Light alloy superstructures
Maximum speed: 16,50 knots
Long range: > 5.000 n.m.
Propulsion engines: 2 x CAT 3516 B - 2480 hp
Dual Classification: RINA/ LLOYD’S

Project Engineer: RUGGIERO S.r.l. – Genoa (IT)
Exterior Designer: FRANCESCO PASZKOWSKI DESIGN S.r.l. – Florence (IT)

The yacht’s carpentry work is going to be carried out by a North Italy Company and it will be moved to the Shipyard for subsequent outfitting and final delivery ( due in September 2011) by the end of September 2009, when the new production plant in Genoa Sestri Ponente will be finally operational and ready to house both the existing constructions.
