Genoa - Presentation of Tankoa Yachts

Assembling of great, prestigious yachts, reaching the size of 80 Meters in length, with ecologically compatible features and completely Made in Italy: this mission is trying to be completed by a shipyard in Sestri  of property of the Mediterranean Yacht Services is trying to complete, a company that includes well experienced entrepreneurs capable of handling great realities.
Thanks to the technical characteristics – total surface area larger than 25000 square meters, of which 4000 covered, and a water area of a further 11000 square meters – and logistical – very close to the airport, motorway and Genoa city center in front of Sestri Ponente’s new dock designed by Renzo Piano – the new shipyard is able to place itself in a market with a high margin for expansion, and at full potential, it will provide 250 jobs and will use resources of Genoa’s port, specialized in the pleasure boat segment.
Two orders have already been taken for 65 meter yachts who’s delivery is planned for 2011.

The 3rd of July in the Sheraton Genoa Hotel Aeroporto, Mediterranean Yacht Services officially presented their project and the TANKOA brand.

The 26th of September, in alignment with the “Monaco Boat Show”, they will present their first super yacht.
