A "palace" on the sea

The new year starts with an important event for Tankoa Yachts spa: in fact, the new and futuristic multiservice five storey building inside the yard opens its doors to house, amongst others, also the technical and purchasing department, the administration office –on the third floor- together with a technologically advanced colour plotter room. Whereas on the fourth floor we find a panoramic room dedicated to meetings as well as the General Director and Chief Executive Officer offices. A spectacular teak & crystal staircase provides access to all floors in alternative to an ultramodern and extremely luminous elevator in crystal & stainless steel. A sophisticated automation system allows the management & control of a number of services (i.e: lighting, curtain operating mechanism, access to every parts of the Yard) through a touch-screen console placed at reception and accessible also via a network of PCs.

The wide glass windows with sea view confer an impressive look to the building enhancing its sense of freedom and creativity and blending it quite naturally with the surroundings. Unmistakable is the touch of Arch. Emilio Morasso, an internationally big name who developes architectural project solutions for urban and territorial planning, with special regard to environmental and harbour issues.
